Kiwi-born Samoan Luani Nansen is one of many aspiring Tusitala, coming in forms of poetry, oratory, performance, and talanoa within the Vā.
Luani’s poetry journey began in D2 at De La Salle College. Under the guidance of mother Miss P - Luani and 11 other La Salle Brothers (@dlspoets2021) could tell their stories, break the glass ceiling, reclaim their mother culture and rewrite the status quo.
